The opening episode for the next season started out weak and bleary actually. Not much action, not much anticipation was built by the show. Somehow the premiere episode failed, in my opinion, to set the tone for the entire season, except perhaps towards the end, when Luke suddenly collapses in the shower at night. A prelude to the next bout of zombie attacks, one that could threaten the very integrity of the prison community Rick and the gang originally built and have come to call home.
In addition, I was accepting a two-hour opening salvo, unfortunately, that was not the case.
